We have two principal goals when we meet first: determine what functions you want to have in your website and what look and feel approaches meets your company best. We study together your promotional material, we browse the web to get inspired and we create a basic site map so anybody can see and understand clearly what information and specifications will be applied to your website.
Based upon what we discovered and discussed during our first meeting, our team will setup a creative brainstorming session. We integrate all the functions that you wished in order to expose the most important items. We create a draft on paper and the graphic designer starts his job immediately. We also create a plan of the site with the program "MindMapper".
The draft is a static JPEG image of the site that the client can approve or disapprove. The draft is published in a private section of our site where a comment system has been placed. In most of the cases, the approval system can be made by phone or e-mail. In this case, the website is used only to keep several versions of the drafts.
Once we've received the final approval by the client, we begin the coding with the optimization of all images. We integrate all the content and we choose the best technical solution to improve the visibility of your website to search engines. We take care of the ergonomy of the navigation and we apply our personnal and improved recipes for search engine optimization.
The last phase consists in quality control of the website, the setup of a sitemap and a meticulous research of eventual programming or language errors.
